Solicitor Josephine O'Herlihy, Crosses Green, Cork, knowingly and wrongfully made representations in person to staff members of the Circuit Court Office, Cork by faudulent means to have a property transferred by the Land Registry to her clients, transferred contrary to the sections of the Registration and Title Act 1964, and the appropriate sections of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001.
